FUNDAMENTALS
Repetition is NECESSARY but repetition means NOTHING when fundamentals are not applied! I push players to really understand the game and to play at their highest potential, by maintaining structure and discipline within each aspect of softball, Put in work even when no one is looking, but make sure the work is effective; not lazy! Stick to the fundamentals!
POSITIONS
As someone who got the opportunity to play since a child, I’ve grasped the concept of each and every position.. This has allowed me to be able to help players fully comprehend that each position is IMPORTANT, and no matter where at on the field- the goal is to be knowledgable about the function and responsibility of ALL positions.
CONFIDENCE
Anyone can do it, but it takes a strong minded player to be able to establish confidence within the sport! On and off the field, confidence plays a big part in the way we carry ourselves, how we feel about ourselves, and the goals we set for ourselves. I am here to make sure confidence is gained and executed beautifully when it comes to the work and time spent learning the game.
